Return/Exchange Policy
Our distributor will replace or reprint an item if it has been delivered with defects or doesn't meet your order (wrong design, style/colour/sizes). Take a photo of the item received and send it to us - we'll get your item reprinted and sent back to you at no charge. You don’t even need to send back the incorrect goods - they might come in handy at the next Coodabeens OB you go to!
When it comes to change of mind orders or if you find that the size you ordered isn't right, that's when we can't offer refund or exchange.
Unfortunately we're not able to hold stock of all the different designs and sizes on offer in our store, so we have contracted a distributor to produce our merchandise on demand - ie. they print each item as orders come in.
And given that your purchase will be printed especially for you, they're unable make exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizes.
So please follow the instructions for sizing on the t-shirt pages closely.
